For YLI this year you must register for each of the individual sessions that you want to attend. Please note that spaces are limited for each of the sessions so please make sure to register as soon as you can! Registration for YLI 2021 will close on July 26th, 2021.

Sessions are listed as Youth Only, Adult Only, Youth & Adults 5. You will receive a reminder email with the links for your registered sessions a week before YLI 6. Our workshop will share information around the fight for police free schools and counselors not cops, centering the experience of youth at Sociedad Latina who have been organizing for these campaigns. The presentation relates to the Mental Health Support theme and well as School to Prison Pipeline. We will cover recent organizing efforts for police free schools / counselors not cops as well as share the importance of transformative justice practices, being a truly anti-racist education system, and the importance of mental health support in public schools.
